Hi friends! We are Eliza & Emily, and we are sisters.
We grew up in the suburbs of New York City, where sports, health, and wellness were at the epicenter of our family’s home. Despite our contrasting personalities, something that we have always shared is a love for one another and an unyielding drive to live our very best lives.
Living North of Neutral was born out of hours of conversations, research, experimentation, and ultimately a burning desire to share the information, tools, and resources that we’ve discovered on our journey to elevate our own lives in an effort to help you elevate yours.
